The Crime & Disorder Act 1998 created an obligation on Local Authorities to do all that it reasonably can to prevent crime and disorder in its area. One of the ways in which some Local Authorities and Housing Associations have approached this requirement is to employ professional witnesses to gather evidence of anti-social behaviour. This has included the use of private investigators. We were one of the first companies to be employed
in undertaking surveillance to gather evidence of Anti-Social Behaviour.
We have collected this evidence by deploying agents at known problem
spots and on other occasions utilising covert time lapse recording facilities. |
