Process Serving
Process Serving is an important task. Many legal matters are reliant on documents being served in the correct manner and on the correct individual or entity for a case to proceed. The rules governing personal service in this Country are contained in Part 6 Civil Procedure Rules 1998. Guidance to the service of International Process is governed by Hague Service Convention.

We have been in the business of Process Serving for 20 years and we work to a strict code of conduct. We have assisted clients worldwide from local firms of Solicitors to large multi-national law firms from a single one off service to the simultaneous service on a number of individuals and companies worldwide.
